3% of real estate price + JPY 60,000 + consumption tax
Note:
We do not charge broker’s commission for properties that are under
our ownership.
7%-10% of monthly rent
Incorporation expenses associated with real estate purchases are, in principle, charged for the actual cost. The amount should be roughly JPY 300,000. We will take up real estate referral and research free of charge, in principle, however, if they necessitate special trips to places such as distant areas, we may separately charge for the actual cost.
