Interior and exterior finishing work and repairs need to be implemented on a regular basis to maintain and enhance the value of purchased real estate. We engage affiliated contractors and external contractors to ensure lasting usage of your real estate, while maintaining close communication with you.
To facilitate higher income, SHIFTJAPAN will deliver on high occupancy rates through its own network and through cooperation with realtors in the area where the real estate is located.
We provide overall support for maintenance and management of the property on behalf of real estate owners residing abroad, ranging from routine and regular services such as cleaning common space and inspecting elevators to responding to contingencies.
We will report to you on a regular basis regarding the balance of payments on your real estate. In addition, our affiliated licensed tax accountant will file tax return.
Rent income will be regularly remitted to the real estate owner’s designated bank account.
